Japanese Traditional massage=Shiatsu

means "finger pressure" and is a Japanese bodywork style. It does not use oil, and clients remain fully clothed. Practitioners use sustained pressure from fingers, palms, and thumbs on energy pathways (meridians) to balance the body's Qi (life energy). Its goal is to relieve tension and promote holistic well-being.
